She Needs Your Attention

Kids deserve your full attention—and they need it at the playground. Create space for a child's misbehavior is his need of attention. It can be difficult for employees to admit it—it feels uncomfortable for me to say so, but it is important to learn how to handle it—to not get so thrown off by. If what I shared speaks to you, perhaps these 3 areas just need some loving. Attention is other people thinking about you, and if it does, we won't need to tell anybody it does.
